Cancellation policy

This Cancellation and Order Modification Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which orders placed on the Kawai Homes website (“Website”, “we”, “us”, “our”) may be cancelled, modified, or altered by customers (“you”, “your”, “user”).

By placing an order on our Website, you expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree to be bound by this Policy in full.

1. Prepaid Orders (Online Paid Orders)
1.1. Once a prepaid order is successfully placed and payment is completed, the order is automatically and immediately confirmed and moved into processing.
1.2. After this point, the order is irrevocably locked in our system and cannot be cancelled, modified, edited, or altered in any manner whatsoever.
1.3. This includes, but is not limited to, requests to change products, add or remove items, change the delivery address, update contact details, or cancel the order.
1.4. Any communication sent by you after placing the order, including but not limited to emails, messages, WhatsApp communications, or support requests, shall not suspend, pause, reverse, or cancel the processing of the order.
1.5. You expressly agree and acknowledge that once a prepaid order is placed, no cancellation, no modification, and no reversal shall be permitted under any circumstances.
1.6. Since such orders are processed strictly as confirmed at the time of checkout, no return, refund, or cancellation shall be accepted on the basis of a request to modify or cancel the order after placement.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
2.1. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to a separate automated confirmation and cancellation workflow.
2.2. COD orders may be cancelled only through the automated options provided by us, and only before the order is shipped.
2.3. Once a COD order has been shipped or handed over to the logistics partner, it shall not be eligible for cancellation.
2.4. We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or withdraw the COD cancellation facility at any time without prior notice.

3. Customer Responsibility
3.1. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all details provided at the time of placing the order, including but not limited to product selection, quantity, delivery address, and contact information, are accurate and complete.
3.2. You are advised to carefully review your order before completing payment.
3.3. Any error made by you at the time of placing the order shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, modification, or refund of a prepaid order.

4. Operational Constraints
4.1. This Policy exists due to technical and operational limitations in our order processing and fulfillment systems.
4.2. You acknowledge that permitting post-order modifications or cancellations of prepaid orders may result in operational errors, inventory mismatches, shipment delays, and accounting discrepancies, and you agree that this Policy is reasonable and necessary for the proper functioning of our services.

5. Final and Binding Nature
5.1. All decisions made by Kawai Homes under this Policy shall be final and binding.
5.2. By placing an order on our Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy without any reservations.
