Returns & Refunds
At Kawai Homes, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience when shopping with us. We understand that there may be times when you need to return a product, and we are here to help.
If you receive a damaged product, please send us a photo of the damaged product and box within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will resolve the issue immediately for you.
In case you wish to return a product, we accept returns only up to 10 days post delivery of the order. Please mention the items you wish to return clearly. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If a product has already been dispatched, we won't be able to cancel it.
Once we receive your return request, we will process it and send you an email with the return instructions within 1-2 days. If it is the first time you are returning a product with us, the return will be processed without any charge. However, if you have already returned a product with us previously, subsequent returns will be charged a nominal fee. The fee structure will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
We would require the returned items to be unused and in the same condition that you received them. All original papers must also be returned with the product, and it must be in its original packaging.
In case of disputes, please send us photos of the product in question, and we will get back to you with a decision as soon as possible.
Please note that dispatching is our responsibility, but if there is a delay in shipping, the third-party courier company is responsible.
Once returns are received by us and clear our quality checks, you will receive store credit/voucher, which you will be able to redeem on your next purchase. The voucher's validity period and other terms and conditions will depend on the voucher.
