WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Follow these simple steps to check your order status:

1. Sign in to your account with shop using the email address you provided when placing your order.

2. Go to the Orders section in your account.

3. Click on the order you want to track. Here you’ll see:

– Order status (e.g., pending, shipped, delivered, cancelled)

– Tracking details provided by the courier

Please note: While we choose the best possible courier company for your order, issues related to delivery are usually beyond our direct control.

However, we will always try our best to support you in coordinating with the courier company if any problem arises.
